How long after Decision made on eCas till we receive the SA mail/email ?

Email is 8 days
Mail 7-12
If your ecas shows "we sent you a letteron may 1", wait for good news on may 8

Thats awesome how Brazil Vo keeps you engaged and inform you about about the progress. some VOs wont contacts up to 15 months after the SA. I always had Rio on my vacation list, now one more reason to go there

Have you checked your Ecas? I haven't recvd the email for SA yet as well but the ecas was updated. i wish you a speedy process!

hi jhen_mhing24, have you tried calling CIC? mine was received March 13th and still got no SA. I called them earlier and the CIC agent said that she will put a note on my application to be assessed because the processing time has passed already. Try to call them today so they can check on your application. Good luck to us!

**Update Found how to get in touch with London, and have managed to send an email to their office. Says can take up to 28 days. And will go in order of urgency, and if not urgent may not even respond at all :/ blah
