We got the SA email today, file was forwarded to HKVO, the date on the pdf attached shows Date: May 7, 2015, so it takes about 8 days till we got the email after SA.

Keep positive guys the SA is coming to you!

I have a question lets say if i want send some additional docs (chat history, facetime record) to CIC now. I think I did not include enough evidences when i sent my application. Should I send to NDVO(my visa office) or Mississauga? Can someone guide me?

First of all: WAIT to see if is needed.
Sometimes you think it's not enough but satisfy the officer. So you don't have nothing to worry about UNTIL they ask for something.
And everything you send now is directly to NDVO from now on.
Just state the file number.
