after getting the AOR ,,,is there still any possiblity for not getting the SA??
Or just a matter of time to get it ?

If your application is not complete or the sponsor, for some reason, is not admissible...
But you know everything. They don't simply deny you before contacting the sponsor.

But for this stage , it looks fine because they sent me the file number
last time when there was a missing sig ,..they did even send me email notifying me what happen ..just returned the paper ......

You can check guide 3900 (what happens next), the first 2 phases ends with AOR and SA correspondingly, if phase 2 fails, then you would get no SA:

Phase: Completeness check
Phase: Eligibility Review
Phase: Selection and Admissibility

Of course. SA can be denied at any point before receiving confirmation. In fact this is the point where most SAs are refused, as many send applications with the bare minimum proved income.

You need to have 20 posts+ on the forum to rate someone, but thanks anyway.
Just explaining better: I received my AoR on a friday.
What they say is that usually CIC updates Ecas on tuesdays.
But it's not a rule.
