I did it in Massachusetts. I'm from Boston, but I think I will get it done in Calgary this summer if I am not required to see the same doctor the 2nd time.

A far as hearing about my AOR on a Monday, our consultant must have recieved the email Saturday when he wasn't in the office.

Can I ask what he did that made you feel violated? And yes you can take medicals anywhere cic authorizes

He wouldn't let me wear a gown during the examination and I was fully exposed on the table while he did a breast exam. I didn't want to be difficult, but I did ask if I could have a gown and he said "why are you being sensitive about this? If you don't like the process then don't move to Canada"

my wife had her medicals done and she never had a breast exam done. They just did chest xrays and tested for 2 types of diseases and did a general health check and weight, paid the fees and filled forms and took her medical bar code form home with her. I would report him as you have a right to wear a gown and not be fully exposed.

It was last summer, and I just get nervous i'll get labeled a troublemaker. The big picture is it was just 1 more hoop I needed to jump through to be with my husband. But it's REALLY comforting to know I can go to another panel doctor, maybe even a female this time.

Therefore, the breast examination part of the IME form (Question 35 on the IMM5419 Physical Examination) will only be completed for male or female clients, regardless of age, where the client or the Panel Physician (PP) has concerns regarding changes in breast(s).

I honestly would report him to CIC, this policy (I can't post links?) has been in place since 2012 and also includes text about "being referred to a female physician" if you are experiencing anxiety about the exam. Further, there are no provisions for exclusion based on undue strain on the Canadian medical system with Family Sponsorship, the medical exam is only to check for concerns to Canadian public health, so a breast exam shouldn't even be necessary in this context, and he should know that.

omg! yes i would report him definitely..... even just him saying "why are you being so sensitive to this?" is ignorant. report him!

was wondering if you can give me answer
my application recieved first time on jan 9th then returned back for missing sig
the police clearence was valid but when i submitted it 2nd time march 26th it was expired as i know of is valid for 3 month only
do you guys think they will consider it valid or not ?

If they receive UNTIL 3 months has passed, that''s ok.
It not, or they return your app or they ask for new PCC.

what i noticed they did not return all the application and also they did not return the form that need to be signed only
they almost returned half of them i do not know why
and kept the rest .. I called the call centre to figure it out ..he did not give me clear answer ,,he said they might opened the file and wanted to hold those ones .....why ...he did not know ..but the pcc was one of the documents that they kept

i am so worry about it ..I do not want more delays

Hmm, wait...
They gave you a deadline to re-submit your application?
If it's a deadline, you are not restarting, just completing what was missing. In this case, your pcc time counts on when they received it for the first time.

I DO NOT REMEMBER IF THEY GIVEN ME A DEADLINE OR NOT

I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICES
