At least in my experience that is the case. I check ECAS daily and my status has changed to Decision Made but I still have not received an email or had any of the lines on the 2nd page change from how they were prior.

Decision Made as of this morning on Ecas No 4th line or anything different on the 2nd page. Hopefully we will get a coorespondance soon telling us what to do!
