March 2015 Citizenship Applicants

I called cic for the same reason last month. Just wanted to confirm if they had my fingerprint reports. The guy said if they didnt get it, you should have a final notice by now. If you dont get that notice means they have received it and it's just a waiting game now.

Finally now I have got test invite after 4/5 months wait and this is what my online status says

We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 5, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 24, 2015.
We started processing your application on June 5, 2015.
Your file was transferred to the office responsible for your area on June 11, 2015. The office responsible for your area will contact you.
We sent you a notice on November 9, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on November 26, 2015 at 7:45 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment

Just Checked my E-Cas and it shows Decision made No changes inside just the status
I did my test on Oct8 and sent Fingerprints on the 9

I guess CIC call centre should tell you whether they received the result but if you ask RCMP then at least you will know when they had sent the results to CIC. But it is really a waiting game from then on.

I sent an email to RCMP asking for my FP application. They sent me back standard email you get when they receive your email. After 10 min or so, an official sent me an email saying they forwarded my results to St. Clair the very next day. It did not mention if they found a match but the FP officer lady told me if they don't find anything wrong RCMP sends the results very fast. So I can say that is positive. My results probably now are still on transit. I just have to wait. For sure I wont have news this month because the oath ceremony for November is already booked. Hopefully I can take it on January next year. This is my guess and I am ok. ( in the best case hahaha) :

check the App by OCASI, it is really good to practice but the best thing is to read the book as much as you can. that is more helpful. It can be downloaded from the CIC website and have in your phone or IPAD or PC. more practical. Good luck
