If you can access your application status online on e-cas then it means your application has been accepted. AOR just means that the application has been accepted and it has general information about test etc.

You can call the call centre at 1-888-242-2100 and ask them if they can re-send AOR

Does that mean us March applicants wont hear till March 31, 2016 or before while April 1, 2015 and after applicants its less than 12 months?

No I think it means is RQ or not, they have to make decision by Mar2016. Otherwise we should start expecting more and more RQs in coming months.

Wording is ambiguous unfortunately- made it seem like RQs will still take 36 months or less but hope you're right.

Here is my timeline:

1.We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on January 22, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 1, 2015.
3.We started processing your application on May 28, 2015.
4.Your file was transferred to the office responsible for your area on June 11, 2015. The office responsible for your area will contact you.

So ..... somebody could tell me what happen next ? please
