guys I have no idea why all of the sudden I couldn't log in my husband ecas,what do you guys think or know about this? FYI I did log in yesterday evening.

I just tried to login as well and it's not working. This is the first time it's happening. Maybe they are having technical problems

Same here since last night, sponsor UCI cannot login but applicant UCI is OK.
 
Yup. For me Sponsor UCI or the File # did not work. However, file # worked using applicant credentials. Something must be up with the system.

I'm still unable to log in, been nearly 3 days. Must be something to do with the maintenance they've just done. Hope this get it sorted out soon.

i say to at least wait until normal business hours. when does cic open their doors for the day? either they are still doing maintenence because they aren't open, or it won't be taken care of completely until the issue is identified by one of the computer guys, and they get to work fixing it. i'm guessing the computer guys don't work on the weekend, and there's no real concern if it's down during non-business hours.

try using the application # and the applicant info...
sponsor side is not working for me but applicant side working fine
