Great. 47 days, not 44. :-\
All you can do is just keep living life and try to be proactive. Try not to get upset about things that you don't have control over, and do your best to do everything in your power to make your process smoother. You can only do the best you can do, nothing more.
I've heard that some people send in extra relationship evidence once they receive their AOR2, I wasn't going to, but I am now actually considering it. I heard Mexico is slow to give aor2, but pretty fast with the process in general so I might have the baby before we get the aor2. So I think I'm going to send the skype calling records from April and onwards, some pics of my sister and my husband (my sister and her friend went on vacation and stayed with him for 3 weeks) I have some screenshots of us skyping each other, and then records of my financial assistance for him from April onwards.
Also I know we are going to probably be delayed because of his medical but we are already preparing for that, he's going to go in sometime in the next month for a remed to send CIC an update showing the the TB is gone. Hopefully this will help with the delay, but since they want him to be cleared for 6 months before issuing the visa we know that 6 months after this remed we should probably go for another remed.
So this is how I am passing the time, just preparing in every way that I can in trying to avoid further delays. A couple of months after the remed I will order gcms notes to see where we are at and at that time if I don't see any evidence that they have waived the interview we will start preparing for that.
You just have to find ways to pass the time. You know that your relationship is genuine and that it's only a matter of time before they approve you, and that these challenges will only make your relationship stronger.
