nope... ours was incomplete too! still no word if they actually received the requested document (additional family information), and my husband was told last week when he called that it can take 3-4 weeks for a missing document to be added to the application, so he's calling again on monday. since there was only a PO box listed on the request letter, i had to send it USPS, which i can only track as far as getting through customs. I know it arrived in canada on April 17th. Still haven't received my return receipt post card that was suppose to be sent back on arrival. makes me NERVOUS our entire application will be sent back and we'll have to start all over again. Already resubmitted for a new FBI record just in case. At least if we do get it back, i'll know how to make it a better package!

I've been busy the last few days but after I'm done eating lunch here I will go to my computer and work on updating the spreadsheet (doesn't let me do anything on my tablet).

No I think there's 4 of us. Lol and I even lied because something came up while I was eating lunch and I never made it to a computer. But tomorrow is Sunday aka 'do nothing day' so I will revise everything and make sure it's up to date.

you won't be able to check whether your application is received through ECAS. Even though the system says you can use your receipt number to check your status, this is not the case. Only file numbers and UCIs are used to check your status, which may be received in the acknowledgement of receipt. If not, it will be on the Sponsorship Approval that is sent out.

At this point, you have quite a while to wait until you receive either one of those. It's been a trend AOR and SAs come within hours or days of eachother. Right now, they are processing applications received on March 21st. If you have tracking information for your package, it's suggested you check that to see if it's been received or signed for. You will not receive any notification that the package arrived.

What is Ecas? how to check in Ecas?

ECAS is the online system used to track the progress of your application. Generally, you can't check the status until you received AOR or SA, which will provide your file and/or UCI numbers. Also, it takes up to a week for the online system to get updated with proper information. Unfortunately, even though the system suggests you can use a receipt number, it doesn't work.
