It seems like more than a half of applicants from March,Feb, and January and even December are yet to receive MR. I don't know how visa officers work but I wouldn't be surprised if we see a bunch of MR at once soon. Damn I'm getting so worried everyday

So with our Medicals already received, and we sending our RPRF receipts today after the email request - do you have any idea how long until passport? Or is the PPR is not mandatory?

i received my RPRF payment request from CIC today at 2:09 PM.

My timeline:

File Sent: March 21, 2014
File Received: March 24, 2014
AOR Received: April 11, 2014
Medical Requested: October 11, 2014
Medical Done: October 17,2014 (Dr Violet Shadd, Kitchener)
Medical Result Sent: October 21, 2014
Medical Result Received and updated on ECAS: October 24, 2014
RPRF: October 28, 2014.

I wish and pray to god everyone who waiting get their MR, RPRF very very soon.

No one can predict the timeline, if you look back people have received PP after 1-2 months of RPRF, so you are close to it and enjoy the day.

it's case to case different. Someone is waiting 3 weeks and someone 3 months (or even longer).

Most of applicants whoever applied after me got it..
