don't worry about it. You are still in your timelines. Usually it takes 13 months for complete PR process. No news is always good news. Good luck

I dont know why this gap between medicals and RPRF. Done meds almost 2 months. still its in app received+Med received. This wait is killing

hello folks,
I filed my application in march 28. Got AOR on April 17.
haven't heard any thing for MR, while some applicant after me got MR already.
just getting worried about my application. My NOC code is 0631.
If any one have kind of information about it please help me.

If you take a look at the January/February 2014 Threads, there is quite people that are still with no MR.
I really don't know how the staff in Ottawa are working , but it is obvious that they have some chaotic system of ordering.
Who knows, maybe it is really up to the VO who is taking care of our applications, if he is not willing to work as productive as the others around him.

For me, I've already accepted the fact, that my landing won't be happening before June 2015. This way, the waiting time feels a little bit less frustrating.

If by the end of November, I don't get MR, I might request GCMS notes.

AFAIK MR does not depend on security check and/or criminality check. I know people getting MR and PCC request at the same time. Usually CIC sends MR once eligibility check has been passed.
It's just the process slows down (maybe because of VOs departure) or eligibility needs additional review.

Maybe you are right but I am also a March applicant (Application received at CIO Mar 28 and AOR received Apr 16) and I got my PCC request from CIC (PCC only but no MR) on Oct 20 as my PCC can only be generated in my home country with a PCC request from CIC. I am not sure if it is good sign or not......I bet they just sent out the request randomly as they see that my PCC is missing from the application. I applied for GCMS notes on Oct 16 as I am concerned about not getting MR while others have received their MRs.

I personally believe it is still early to worry about not receiving MR. it hasn't been a while and we are still within the average processing time. However, I was wondering how many times can I apply for GCMS within the application life time?

Security, Criminality and Medical admissibility are processed independently (maybe even by different VOs). My first CEC application has been rejected because of failed eligibility just few weeks after I got PCC request.
