Maybe you are right but I am also a March applicant (Application received at CIO Mar 28 and AOR received Apr 16) and I got my PCC request from CIC (PCC only but no MR) on Oct 20 as my PCC can only be generated in my home country with a PCC request from CIC. I am not sure if it is good sign or not......I bet they just sent out the request randomly as they see that my PCC is missing from the application. I applied for GCMS notes on Oct 16 as I am concerned about not getting MR while others have received their MRs.

I'm the same. Three weeks ago, I've been asked for a new PCC and an updated form: IMM5669.
It has been two weeks, since I've sent my PCC and the updated form.

Still, until today, no MR received.

Status in ECASE: Application Received (March 31st)
Nationality: Bulgaria.
Docs asked so far: PCC and IMM5669 form.

I have some feeling that within the next 2-3 weeks we are going to get MRs. (I don't know why, but it is just a feeling, inshallah )

Is there anyone here who has applied for BOWP online? I need some help here as I am having trouble to get the code for applying online as they asked about my status (I chose none of the above as I am holding PGWP) and LMO (I dont have an LMO because I am holding a PGWP). Can anyone who has gone through the process please help?

Application received on Mar 11, 2014, and AOR received on March 28, 2014.


We have done upfront medical (from e-medical enabled doctor) by June and it is not yet updated in ECAS. Should I send soft copies of upfront medical by email / do the fresh new medical ?

I really need your expertise to understand what they mentioned above.

My doubt is 1. are they received my Medical results ?
2. What did they mean that ALL MEDICALS generated in GCMS or awaiting results.

If any of these conditions apply, you must inform Case Processing Center – Ottawa (CPC-O) immediately:

We wish to remind you at this time that your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding. You must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.

If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps:

· Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en

· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed

· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”

· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant

· You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one

· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490

· Click “Submit”

· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card.


Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format.
You must send the receipt to CPC-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca .


Your response to the above requests is required within 30 days. Thank you for your immediate attention to these matters.

Don't forget to add your Client ID, Address, Date of Birth, Post Code, and telephone to the receipt after you pay BEFORE sending to CIC

I have had friends have their receipts rejected for leaving them blank and they had to resubmit the receipts which wasted time

I got RPRF request now. Initially i paid (550(myself)+550(spouse)+150(for 1 year old baby). Now, i have to pay 490*2 =980 or 490*3 =1470.

There is no rprf for dependent kids <18 yrs.
