that just means the decision is positive XD AND it's finished of course, all we have to do is finalizing......

I just called CIC and asked the same questions and he said my application is approved and looks like everything is finalized.
Although its still in CIO Sydney but that's because of the high volume of applications.
So all you have to do is wait till it gets transferred and request to submit your passport.

I hope we all get PPR soon 8)

Hi Guys

Today I called CIC call center and asked regarding my file. He said a decision as been made on your file on January 30 but my file is not clear whether it was approved or not because 2 officers are working closely for Feb & March files and the file is transferred to Ottawa. He added a note to the officer to give a clear statement regarding the file.
He also said if it is approved you will be getting a letter by e-mail & if it is declined you will be getting an letter of refusing.

Just called CIC, they were very kind to confirm to that my Decision Made is APPROVED. 31-March applicant.

The lady told that it might take a month or two to get our PPR request or even sooner, but she took time to ensure that my email and stuff were in place.

After calling 1-888-242-2100, wait for message which asks to select an option, then press 1311 quickly to reach the part where it asks for your file no. and birth year. The message at times can take forever and if the line is busy, they just drop you off, and you start again..

Just wondering how many march applicants still waiting for DM or PPR. I called cic on friday they said my background check still pending, cic still waitng for background check varification from third party agent. I do not know how long it will take..

Called cic this morning and got told our file was transferred to Ottowa on the 21st January , ca. Anyone tell me what this means as our ECAS is still only showing medical results recieved ? What happens after its transfered to Ottowa ? Im stressed feels like it's taking forever to get any ECAS updates , they also said its in process but couldn't say from when so confused :'(
