Thanks for your reply Mariaa, i really don't understand the way CiC Work. My application was inprocess on 15 September 2014. May be its due to skill level they left my application behind. I am NOC B or may b because My spouse is back home country. Anyway now i can just wait... good luck for PPR. Hope everythig will be fine
