Please do not rely on ECAS status. They don't update it with latest information on your file.
I have already received PPR after Medical & RPRF and it still shows "In Process"..
And my other friend with same timeline as me have done his Medicals with me, but his ECAS status only say "File Received".. They never changed his to "In Process", he is waiting for RPRF/PPR...

that looks promising 6 months from the AOR for medicals , and ECAS status is doesnt look like the accurate update on the application status

Hi Seniors,

I already applied and received my AOR. Also, my status shows in-process. I have PCC pending to send which I expect to get by next month.

Recently, at workplace my team-lead agreed to give me a letter of reference stating detailed description about my roles and responsibilities. Since, I work on a daily basis with him, he is the best one to provide such details.

The current one which I have already sent with application has the following content --

My HR Manager told me that they do not support immigration and hence, the purpose of letter is "leasing an apartment"

Currently, my team lead has agreed to provide me a letter with more detailed roles and responsibilities. Should I send along this extra letter along with my PCC and NOA which I am going to dispatch next month ? Would adding one more reference letter jeoparadize my chances ?

I applied for gcms on june 4th received on july 3rd but I was out on vacation so just came back and posted here...
