Got it not crucial, but it is interesting for those who wonder whether to do medicals before sending application, or later when asked...jjennyy said:hi nicann i did my medicals last feb 27 2013 sorry i left that out thank you

Ok, I know this is going to be a stupid question...but...what is AIP? :-[Happywife08 said:Hi NicAnn could you add me to the spreadsheet I got AIP & DM today waiting to land in Etobicoke
Hi Anne my dear. Happy new year to you, your husband and all members here in March 2013NicAnn said:Ok, I know this is going to be a stupid question...but...what is AIP? :-[
I guess inland uses different terminologies... there isn't a place for decision made on our spreadsheet...do you have COPR? would that be the same thing?
Hehehe… AIP stands for Approval in Principle which is the first stage and DM is decision Made which is the second stage.NicAnn said:Ok, I know this is going to be a stupid question...but...what is AIP? :-[

Oh Tom, Happy New Year! Thank you so much for your sweet spirit! We still haven't heard a thing here either! Sometimes I get so depressed about it but I don't want to sound so morose, so I try to keep a positive outlook but at times I really break down. I'm so glad you have your little angel to keep your spirits lifted! I don't know why everything suddenly came to a halt. My husband and I speculate about what the strike and the hurricane in the Philippines did to the process, but we really have no idea why suddenly they changed the wait time from 12 months to 15 months. There must be a reason this happened but they haven't really given any real answers, which leaves us to speculate...and me to worry and sigh alot. I hope we all get moving again soon. I hope the Vienna office also overcomes it's problems with whatever is causing the hold up on processing times. This is very difficult, isn't it?messenger said:Hi Anne my dear. How are things with you? Any updates from Ottawa?
As for us Vienna has completely seized any sort of communication with its applicants and has not issued any COPR during the whole year (except 1-2 from apps of 2012)
We are already into our 11th month and it seems there is no end to our waiting. Of course we have our little angel Leto as consolation and seen her face gives us courage to go through with this.
Hope that you soon receive your good news.
BTW where are you now and where are you settling in Canada when all this is over?
My best regards
Tom
So on our March spreadsheet, do you see on it what would apply to you, and where I need to put new info? Let me know where to plug what and I'll do it for youHappywife08 said:Hehehe... AIP stands for Approval in Principle which is the first stage and DM is decision Made which is the second stage.
I am waiting for my landing interview.
I don't know what COPR means..??? Sorry.
A friend from BC who applied inland with Ottawa took her COPR yesterday after exactly 12 months of process.NicAnn said:Oh Tom, Happy New Year! Thank you so much for your sweet spirit!
