Now that March people have their sponsorship approvals, its awfully quiet in here! Stage 2 delay time! C'mon CIC...we have better things to do with our time than wait!

yes it's the same for February....think there has been one stage 2 completed...... :(

There are at least 3 in feb.

Wow thats pretty quick if some Feb apps are already getting stage 2 approvals!

Hi Guys,
I had received my Approval on 3-July-12.
Today I received an AOR from Delhi VO asking to submit passport. However the AOR was not for my wife but someone else. Name of the Applicant - Satveer Singh Tiwana. Seems VO made a mistake :-(.

So, I have sent them a message via there messaging system and also asked status of my application (which in ECAS says 'Decision Made' - not sure what it means)

PS - If there is a Satveer Singh Tiwana here, please speak with VO delhi so that you can get your AOR.

Adi

We got our sponsorship approval on June 25th, 2012. Then we had to email the Beijing office because we changed my wife's phone number. The email we got back from them stated that our app was in process. That was July 12th. Apparently, the Beijing office is one of the quickest in the world. Seems most people hear something within 2.5 months.

Wow I can hear the crickets chirping I hope stage 2 gets a move on so this forum can perk up again

Did you speak with them or did they just sent it to you by themselves.
The ECAS website says that a decision has been made for the Applicant and the decision letter has been sent to me.

Do you know if the call center for CIC M will help me with this as New Delhi VO has no telephone lines for this? All they have is an email system where the response time is 28 days :(

unfortunately CIC only deals with the first stage and cannot help with the 2nd stage....is there no email address for you to send an email to...

Wow it would be great to know they are moving this process faster.. Too bad my vo has a 16 month wait! :-[

Hello Guys

Married to a Canadian citizen. We both are living in US right now. Applied as Outland to Buffalo on March 31, 2012 for my PR. Requested for medicals two weeks ago, sent medical on July 20, 2012. Today my wife got this email

""""You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to a visa office abroad for further processing. """"

Any idea what next?

Do I also need to renew my FBI clearance check out? I did it last year on October 12.

Thanks

Don't forsee any issues. But you might want to only post in ONE thread. I saw several posts of yours in other threads so just be patient and someone will reply. There's a May 2012 applicant thread on here too, this is March :) Good luck!
