It means they have your application and they've found your medical results. Your file is in process. Good luck!zhareea said:hi everyone,
Just a question....
my ecas says at Permanent Residence
We received __________ application for permanent residence on March 8, 2012.
Medical results have been received.
what does it mean?
Thanks for the reply...computergeek said:It means they have your application and they've found your medical results. Your file is in process. Good luck!
Well for those being processed in the US, it seems the physical documents are kept in Canada, with electronic copies being sent to the US visa office. Whether they are still sending physical files to other visa offices or just doing things electronically isn't clear to me anymore, but I'm quite sure that over time there will be fewer physical files - they are quite expensive to process as they must be sent via diplomatic channels (NONE of your documents are available for inspection by any government other than Canada.)zhareea said:Thanks for the reply...
at my VO right?
ccunnington said:Morning everyone. Does anyone have any experience with the Bogota office? Just wondering about transfer times from Mississauga, and how long it generally takes to receive a request to get the medicals and police checks done. CIC website says 16 months processing time, however I notice on the Trackitt website that some apps in Bogota have been processed very fast, some in under 200 days for both step 1 and step 2 processing. Our application should be very straightforward as this is the first marriage for both of us, no dependants of any kind, and we live together. There doesn't appear to be any recent activity on this site from the Bogota office, so if anyone has some info, that would be great!
Cheers
