This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member for the Family class you submitted to this office on behalf of my husbands name here and family (if applicable). We are not able to process your application as it is incomplete. You are missing the following:
- A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) hearing an original signature for the person(s) you are sponsoring (Husband's Name). This must be received at this office by: 08/01/2012. I have enclosed the original form you submitted with your application. Make sure the principal applicant's signature on page 4 is apposed in the upper section only as indicated on the form.
- For all requested forms, questions must be answered in full. Details must be provided for every month/year since the age of 18. Do not leave any gaps or blanks. Write "NONE" in the box if the question is not applicable to you. all forms must be signed and dated. Incomplete forms will result in a delay in the processing of your application.
All requested documents/information and a copy of this letter must be submitted within the timeframe specified above (formatted as "month/day/year"). If you are unable to provide any or all of the requested documents/information, please explain why they are not available.

Then it goes on to talk about when you should contact CIC and how to check the status. So no, nothing really. I checked online on Ecas, just says Application Received.
