Hi Guys.... Good news... Sharp at 8.45am i got the approval e mail (OttPilot-Immigration <OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca>) and they have already sent out to Colombo... hope u guys will get soon today or this week...

Just got a letter needing Schedule A since hubby signed in the wrong spot :-\ So we're sending it back today! It was from Ottawa, has the officer's name and everything on it so it should be approved soon! I'm annoyed we didn't catch it but glad it'll be soon and that I actually heard something haha

Anyone else get Officer MT of Ottawa?

So ECAS finally says Decision Made under sponsorship and Application Received and medical received under PR.
Here is to wishing that LA will process quickly...still need to do the CSQ though!

haha I almost landed on my broken foot freaking out when I saw the envelope but then when opened I saw it needed a new form bah! I did it all over again, had hubby sign in the RIGHT box and now trying to get him to get my an envelope for it (he's being a dork )

Hi guys... I did not get any post/email from CIC. I applied for the citizenship, so i just logged in with that details....looks like i got the AOR, it says "We received your application to sponsor xxxxxx on March 8, 2012. " Please check with your PR card client ID, u might have it too...

My file has been approved on May 31st and transferred as per email by ottawa pilot (however i sent my file to missi)

Here's what the letter said:

Dear My name here!:

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member for the Family class you submitted to this office on behalf of my husbands name here and family (if applicable). We are not able to process your application as it is incomplete. You are missing the following:

• A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) hearing an original signature for the person(s) you are sponsoring (Husband's Name). This must be received at this office by: 08/01/2012. I have enclosed the original form you submitted with your application. Make sure the principal applicant's signature on page 4 is apposed in the upper section only as indicated on the form.
• For all requested forms, questions must be answered in full. Details must be provided for every month/year since the age of 18. Do not leave any gaps or blanks. Write "NONE" in the box if the question is not applicable to you. all forms must be signed and dated. Incomplete forms will result in a delay in the processing of your application.

All requested documents/information and a copy of this letter must be submitted within the timeframe specified above (formatted as "month/day/year"). If you are unable to provide any or all of the requested documents/information, please explain why they are not available.

Then it goes on to talk about when you should contact CIC and how to check the status. So no, nothing really. I checked online on Ecas, just says Application Received.
