What are GCMS notes and why is everyone ordering them?

October 4th.....I can check in Cuba but I am worried I won't have access to any attachments on my emails in their internet cafe.....I definetely won't be able to print them out...but I hopefully will be able to read them.....so BCgirl2012....seeing as my 30 calendar days would fall on a Sunday, being September 30th....I would probably get them on the Monday being the 1st of October???

My 30th day was supposed to be on a Saturday, and I received them on Friday. I hope it will be the same for you. You're flying out on the 28th?

P.S. Actually, if you count the exact days, it would've been Friday. So it's not 15th to 15th. They actually count the days.

I got my notes last week ... Hubby Got a call from kgn today apperently all my photos and phone records have gone awall somewhere between missauga and kgn I guess the diplomatic canoe had a hole or tipped over...sigh rolling eyes right now good thing I kept copies of everything I sent in ...going for a visit in a couple of days so I can hand deliver them to the office myself hubby has an interview schedule for early next month hopefully once we are over that hurdle it will be smooth sailing...hears hoping all the vo's kick it in high gear and start stamping those book end of 2012 with a bang...congrats to those who have reached the end of the journey..(Hose who see the light and the end of the tunnel and for those still stumbling in the dark keep the faith things will start to look up soon

That's been my experience as well. If the 30th day would have fallen over a weekend or on a holiday Monday, they seem to show up on Friday.

How do you order notes if you do not live in Canada.. I would think that if you are ordering the PDF files through email instead of actual prints then it wouldn't matter where you live? Just my thought though. But curious... Anyone knows

No the form says you (the one ordering) have to be in Canada

A family member can do it, you will have to sign a release form and pay the fees

Anyone in Canada can do it on your behalf as long as you sign the relevant release.

Well, the word this morning from LA about my file is:

All statutory requirements have been met as of September 12th. We cannot speculate as to when the final decision will be rendered but as nothing else is pending, the file is expected to be concluded shortly.

The attorney from Justice Canada representing CIC in my JR application against my prior refusal made the inquiry this morning (I feel a bit guilty as I'm getting information through a back channel here that's not generally available). I think the attorney has been pushing this ahead because it is very likely they will lose the JR application (the case law is very much in my favour) and the best argument to bring to the court is "this issue is moot because the applicant already has an approved spousal PR application".

I am definitely ready for this process to be over.

I tried to call the number on their website (1-888-242‑2100) to get my E-case fixed!! but there was no answer ! Do anyone know a number I can call!! Ps. our file is in cpp-o.
