cgagnon and ccunnington.......my husband just got the call from the embassy......interview Oct 1/12....of course that is the day I told him was impossible for me to be there at so any other day than that day......so he will call tomorrow and change that but yippee!!!!!!

I think it was Isaac....gave the canoe enough of a push to land on the malecon in Havana.....thanks..cheers!!! the elation will soon be gone and the worry will set in about the interview...and getting a nasty agent...hope not....we have been together almost 3 years but you hear the horror stories........but for now I will be happy and worry about the rest when I am on the plane!!!!

Morning all ... something occurred to me about 3am this morning and i couldn't get it out of my head... we are planning on going on Sept 20th, i have Decision made (waiting on the letter it seems) I dont need to send my passport off do I from the UK? As visa exempt I will just need the COPR ..

Just thought I'd share this with everyone, yesterday I received a phone call from CIC. I had sent an email earlier this week because we don't have confirmation of the medical being received and they haven't requested my husbands FBI report (CBSA did photo's and prints in April). Rather than just replying to my email, another very nice human being actually called!! They are human, they are alive and NICE!! He actually didn't really give me any answers but more the reassurance that our application is in the queue, it's just a matter of time and if we don't receive any requests then they have everything

So I wanted to let you know that they are human and they actually do sympathize
