yes....I know you are right....it's amazing that just a two line email would make one feel so much better.....CIC would sure get a lot less flack if they communicated just a fraction to the parties....and if it was consistent acrosss the board....but I guess that is just too much to ask

I have no idea what Bogota does regarding AOR's. But it looks like a lot of apps get started in 4-5 months, and we're very straightforward, no alien abductions or anything like that on file, so I'm hoping it will go rather quickly once someone opens it!
