Hi all how is it going.

Congratulations to every one with the progression of their application.

Guys please help me find answers for the following questions.

1) Will I get a refund of 1100 CD because my application was refused at CIO stage, if it is not reconsidered?
>> YES

2) Will they return me my original documents?
>> YES

3) If I get a duplicate of all my transcripts and degrees will my old/ current degrees and transcript be cancelled by the universities which are still with CIO?
>> NO..it will be kind of fraud...yu have to authorised them from Notary then may work

4) If I reapply and do not send my originals but send the attested photocopies and state in my application that all of my original documents are with CIO, will they 100 percent consider it?
>> All docs must be for a specific NOC so it is better to send a new app with all new docs

5) My original IELTS result is with CIO and I cannot get a duplicate for it, how can I cover this and for how long IELTS is valid?
>> validity is 1 yr so do not delay with your new docs give a fresh IELTS (it will cost you money and resources but this time carefully)

one more thing you have to take care - send all docs in a single bundle(notarized) with proper list of contained docs. And now visit to the cic website you can find many alternation etc....just share it if anything new comes in between....

AND DO NOT LOOSE HOPE !!! YOU WILL GET THE SUCCESS SOME DAY!!!!!!!!!!! we have many cases in this blog

hey guys my online status is not opening when i use immigration file number but when i used uci number it does open with it . I just want to ask why it is not opening with immigration file number as previously when i used it opened my online status . is it normal please anyone tell me .

Yes, it just takes sometime for the cheque to reach you. For now you'll have to issue another one and send.

2) Will they return me my original documents?
The only problem is that they might keep the ielts. It takes them months to sent a package back, so don't think about it now. They usually keep all documents for their archive in case of a ner.

No, universities don't issue duplicate degrees with the sense that you mean. They just issue copies that have the same validity as the original that you hold on your hands. You can get as many as you want from those, as you might want to apply for jobs, master programs etc. All these copies are valid.

Hmmmm, tricky thing. Very risky to hope for something like this, since it lies totally on the will of the officer who will open you envelope. And I don't think that they are allowed to take documents from one application number and add them to another application number. Besides ielts, all your rest documents can be (and must be) notarized copies of the original. So it's not a problem to get birth certificates, degrees, etc in notarized copies. It just takes too long sometimes. You need to hurry.

5) My original IELTS result is with CIO and I cannot get a duplicate for it, how can I cover this and for how long IELTS is valid?
You have to find a way around it and issue a new one! A member said that if you state with the police that you lost it, then british council will issue you another. Call your ielts center, tell them you lost your ielts but you need it asap, and let them tell you what are your options. Either way you need the one and only original ielts, not a notarized copy. Ielts results are valid for 2 years, since the issue date.

My dear dear friend. Please don't wait for anything from CIO. You only loose time. You can't wait for them to reconsider and you don't know if its going to be of a positive outcome. Think as if you apply for the first time. Collect everything from scratch, find a way to re-issue ielts -that's the only problem- and send it quickly!
Hope by that time, they will have reconsidered your case, give you per and save you from the additional headache!

From NDVO Spreadsheet / Tracker i cud see that January applicants are the last ones whose status changed to IN PROCESS and who have received MR.

I am in touch with February applicants, and there is no UPDATE for them.

I would like to know whether any March/April applicant received MR or has status changed to IN PROCESS?

You are allowed to get another IELTS transcript of your scores from wherever you did the test. There is a charge though. They cannot refuse you.

now cic is working on some confidencial services so use whatever is available for you rest i am very sure process gonna hard and we will have some more restruction ....guyz be safe ....and pray to allah that we got succed 4 anything in between
