Yesterday night I got e-mail that they did not satisfied re my job description.

Sorry to hear that, Saida. I know this could be heartbreaking but I think you can rewrite job description and start new application.

One question I have, does CIC send email when they reject application or return application for any missing information? I thought they will return the whole application by mail only and no email will be sent.

unbelievable! really sorry to hear that. pls, don't give up, resend everything again, because CIO don't debit incomplete applications, u'll get it this time, inshallah. try to Google job descriptions and add them to what they have on their website under 0213. pls seniors, advise...
I really want to see everyone in Canada sooner or later.

The way when they return whole document its happen when you miss some info in the blank and this is not rejection.

If you have written Main duties on the limited space provided on the form schedule 3, Then you have a good chance. Here is my suggestion below :-

1. Make a cover letter to CIO stating that due to lack of space you could not explain your duties properly in earlier application.
2. Go to the link http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/ . here you look for your NOC duties as per canada govt.
3. Make another fresh application with a separate page of job duties as per the above link.(only deciding factor for cio)
4. send new application with above cover letter to CIO.


we all want to hear from you by monday that you have mailed new application.

i m really shocked at hearing ur news.dont worry same things had happened with me when i applied in january.at that time they were not satisfied with my full name as i wrote my full name instead of my frist name ,last name.then i re applyed. u have 2 re send application if u wish.now please follow NOC code duty and responsibilities that is underlined in canada NOC duty and responsibility section.but unfortunately i have forgetten the link.u may ask other forum members who knows it.best of luck.
