Would that this happen. now at leat 3 months for 1st AOR. Apply and sleep and wait for at leat 2 years upto last stage

Hi all does it mean one can call them even when you have not received first aor? i submitted since March 31st and uptil now my Visa debit card has not even be debited. am worried am feeling that maybe they dont accept visa debit card and that my application may be rejected.
i have seen those who applied in april and thier cards have already been debited. what do i do? can i go and get a bank draft and send it with a letter and a copy of the initial application?

Hi raja how are you? would you tell me what yoiuy said to them as when i called the agent asked me whether i applied from inside canada or outside answering which i said outside. She said contact your local visa ofice

I called the number - +16139444000.. then the menu options are 1...2...1...2....1. After a long wait, an agent answered..The agent asked for my family name, first name and DOB. Then She asked for my client number which I do not have. Then she looked up in the system and looks like she could not find any details... She asked me to wait till 04-Jun as my application reached on 03/17. Then I hung up..

any changes should be submitted in a written form not by calling them.
question: can anyone change visa office they belong to? i think u have to do that in case u moved and no longer belong to the previous VO, because i've seen cases rejected for mentioning wrong VO... smilermail, make sure u want to change yr VO to the right one.

Hi everyone
Finally after so many days of dialing the 613-9444000 number i could get hold of a person who guided me and told me about my application status. A very nice person to talk to his name was TONY and he was very polite.
I sent my application and as per DHL was delivered on 12th March which as per them was received by CIC on 15th March and the processing began on 27th of March.
Now atleast i dont have to worry about my application lost in mail.
He said its in process and normal processing time is 2 months after the processing starts. So he said i should wait till 07th June and if i dont hear then i should call them again.
This telephone number is for the office that is located in Montreal that is waht i confirmed with him so anyone making calls should keep in mind thsi time. They work 9-5. yes you must be ready to hold for long times. but thats the way

Now Finger Entangled not Crossed but a lil bit satisfaction that my application is under process.

Now lets see what comes up.
