sunshine gud 2 c u 2.have u submitted ur docs?hope my sponser will b interviewed nxt month as they r going back on 24th this month.and mst probably they must've recd. my missing docs requirement till nw.this waiting period is soooo boring...

Pls advise about me the validity of General IELTS Test for Immigration for Canada..I was bit worried as I appeared for IELTS Test last year in FEB..Somebody told me that it is valid for 2 years but for Canadian Immigration it is valid only for 1 year. Pls advise if i have to again appear for the test before submitting my docs to CHC..it will be a botheration..pls adv Adeil....i m in a fix.

Still waiting my MPNP application,
Have you read the checklist for provinicail nominee application for Canadian embassy office in India ? For me after having my LOA I do not need English IELTS and most applicants all over other embassies do not need that, so please check again waht you need to enclose with your appliaction.

Hi if you read the forms (sending to delhi) it shows that you need to send IELTS thes which valid for at least 1 year.... i advice to speak to your immigration advisor....

where you should download specific insturctions for NEw Delhi, I downloaded the one for you, I checked it . Just look at the cloumn P only for provincial nominee you do not need IELTS at all. I have read the application also it does not say anything about English.

So, my understanding English IELTS required for Federal skilled worker Column F , but provincial nominee P column and Qubec Q column need NO IELTS........
Anyone says different just prove it , give us link.

Nice to meet you dildarbar! Regarding the sponsorship issue, you said that you sponsor 2 family members in june and september. Is it both applications also accepted by the MPNP? Is it both of them already received their AOR? Have you attend the interview for both of them?


Sorry for suddenly giving you so much questions because i'm wondering is it eligible for a canada PR to sponsor his/her family member twice in less than half year time? 3 months ago my brother already sponsor my sister and i. Now he want to sponsor my parents. I'm wondering will this accepted by the MPNP? Did the MPNP officer mention that after sponsor the 1st person then have to wait for another half year or 1 year to sponsor another family again?


I'm afraid that the officer won't approve my parents sponsorship since my bro already sponsor my sister and i. Do you know that how much funds did my brother need to convince the officer that he can completely support my sponsor?

Adeil,

You are correct as per the Provincial nominees: How to apply—Application kit and the requirements are different country wise and there is nothing mention about IELTS.

As I checked for my self for Abu Dhabi CIC requirement for Provincial nominees, the requirements are lesser than New Delhi.
Therefore, it is always better to advise anyone from proper knowledge and facts as Adeil gives always-accurate information according to requirements and facts.

I live in Winnipeg and i sponsor my two family person. one in june and second in september.And we got AoR for both file.
june Application my cousin done his medical.And September Application MPNP officer done my interview in March.

I submit my parents application in March 2008.And i mention in MPNP when i filled form for my cousin.

Parents Application goes to Federal...... its different then Provincial.

I went lots of time MPNP office here in winnipeg. I ask about how many file i can submit ? The officer said arround three to four application i can submit for family streem.That's why i submit one application in june and second in september.
