My husband sponsor his mother with his 1 sibling as dependent under family sponsorship, Sept. 30, 2013 they received their PPR and medical request ;D were so happy about that, but the problem is, his sibling gave birth last sept. 25, 2012, my question is do he need to declare the child now? is it not to late? if we do not declare the child, can his sibling will sponsor the child in the future to come to canada? his sibling doesn't married yet but the baby is using the father's surname...
Hi, yes the child has to be included otherwise it will not be possible for her to sponsor the child. I am just not sure if the sister of your husband will be given a visa provided her circumstances. I know someone who did not declare her child. She was also sponsored through family class as dependnt of her parents. Now, she is unable to get the child.shekou said:hi everyone Smiley

I think mas okay kung may work ka rin kasi ikaw ang primary na mag-sponsor tapos mag-sign ng undertaking yung asawa mo kung kulang ang income mo.
