hi everyone,

im a newbie on this forum. i just need help please...

naka based po ako dito sa canada. i received a letter from the visa section manila aug 28, 2012 asking my mom, brother and sister to submit nbi, nso, and other forms and also their passport.
bago makadating sakin yung letter is past 30 days na.i receievd the letter september 28 2012. so i ONLY have 10days or so para ma complete ng mami ko lahat ng documents.

nag email na ko for the extension of the deadline and also faxed the letter to manila visa office. until now wala pang sagot.

i also included to that letter to redirect all the correspondence to manila address and not here because it takes a month before i received the letter.

tanung po:

pwede ko bang i update ang mailing address palitan ng manila address ang canada address ko dun sa E-CAS?

di pa ko nakakrecieve ng confirmation if they are allowing me to have extension for me to sumbit all the documents within 45 days?
napakaimposible na makumpleto lahat ng docs within 10 workign days.

dun sa original forms ng medical ng mom ko nakalagay is my canadian address here? panu ko po papalitan yun?
are they usually responding thru email?

Para malinaw for everyone, if your application was received by CIC here in Canada before you turn 22 your age is locked in. Meaning kahit lampas ka na ng 22 pag dumating ang visa nyo you are still considered as a dependent as long as wala kang ka live-in or walang asawa.
If they received your application here in Canada and 22 ka na, you must prove na dependent ka pa sa sponsor mo or sa main applicant. How do you prove this? By continuing your studies. So pag 22 ka na nung na receive ang application dapat tuloy tuloy ang pag-aaral mo to prove na dependent ka pa.

My 2 brothers were 19 & 16 respectively when their applications were received in 2007. It was approved in 2011 and they just had their medical exam January 2012. In February 2012, CIC Manila requested for their CENOMAR (they need to check if any of them got married). Hopefully passport request na soon for them. My mom had to re-do the tests because she is diabetic, meron lang syang maintenance drugs and not insulin dependent. Sana matapos na ito this year dahil it will be 5 years na by August 2012.

cic manila recievd app on september 2012. asking my sister cenomar as well. she just passed the board exam on september 2012 but she didnt contnue her studies anymore. do you think she can be able to come with my mom as well?

do i need to pay for her right of permanent resident fee?

tin ganyan din kami 2008 naman kami lahat ok ay na nasend na namin lahat yung need na documents ng CEM yung passport sent already last june 2012 till now in process parin yung ecas sana nga dumating na yung passport with visa natin soon..

ahhh ganun po ba. balitaan nyo po kami dito sa latest update nyo thanks clueless lang palagi kung ano na ngyari sa application tapos need mo yung passport di ka makpgmove kase nakhold sa kanila hay

@kuya noelcezh , halos pareho po ung dates naten na nareceive ppr at medcl request pati date na done ung mga to. hay sana nga dumating na yung saten. my idea po ba kyo how long we need to wait? hahaha tnx po! God bless

Nakaka inip na ang tagal tagal naman! June pa PPR til now wala pa rin 3 months na andun yung passports nila, lumalamig na dito sana dumating na sila kasi ma-shock sila talaga if ever winter pa sila darating.

No you don't! Just your mom and her spouse if applicable. I know this because my sister as well as my brother are not included in RPRF, only my dad and mom.

Yes she can. My siblings are now older than 22 years old, but they were younger when we filed sponsorship in 2008.

thanks moraine! i already called the cic here in canada. sobrang helpful nila grabe. ang laki ng diffrence pag sila kausap mo compare sa cic sa manila.

i already called them for this inquiry , yung babae na laging sumsagot , she always transferred me to a voice mail... wow...

question po: my mom already completed all the additional docs and i already pay for the landing fee as well. they rae ready to send the package to embassy in manila. pwede ba nilang personal na ilgaya sa office ng cic sa pinas? kase baka mawala sa mailpost pag pinadala nila so might as well sila na mag submit sa embassy satin pwede po ba yun?



also , after i paid for the landing fee, pinadala ko na email sa sister ko and include nila yung copy dun sa additional docs na kelngan ng embassy for thier application. sabi dun sa receipt if you pay online you DO NOT need to send a copy of the receipt to the cic- missassauga.--- so d na ko nag fax or nag bigay ng copy sa kanila.

Hahaha morraine natawa naman ako sa sinabi mo nabayadan ko na last week pa ung landing fee hahaha so sana dumating na tlga kayamot kasi na miss namin un... An oh by the way enrollment na namn sa school ng brother ko curious lng kami if need pa ba nyang mag enroll? Kasi mjo nang hihinayang kami sa tuition if ever dumatin na ung visa ... 20 yrs old sha ng iapply namin. Nakuha na lahat pti cenomar nya so tingin nyo need paba nya mab enroll?

June_bug, it's good to know that your mom has authorized stay until December So technically the no stamp or handwritten date by POE means that the authorized stay is 6 months and you can find this info in CIC website. I am wondering about our parents having no passports, I think they cannot leave Canada now, LOL. What do you think? So you can definitely inform your mom's airline company that she has no passport

Wala pa ring balita sa passports nang parents natin. Yes pina open ko na ang ticket nang mom ko. They can't travel without their passports. Its so frustrating bakit ni request nila yong passport and they have to keep it that long. Are they legally allowed to keep our parents' passports na matagal?

can my sister put it on the cic drop box personally ? instead of mailing it , too much risk

also my deadlinekame ng withing 45 days from the date of the letter.

Yup, They can just bring it dun sa CEM. My dad works in Makati and instead of mailing it or sending via courier dinala na lang nya dun. Sasabihan lang sya ng guard na i-drop box and that's it. Mind you June pa andun yung passports nila til now wala pang sign ng visa. Ewan ba, pati medical nila Feb 2012 pa natapos til now walang update sa ECAS na nareceive na nila yung medicals. Nakakainis na talaga kasi kasabay ng passport request yung bayad ng landing fee. So June pa nka deposit na yung landing fee. October na now, hanggang ngayon walang balita. Nakaka-frustrate lang talaga. Hindi ka naman pwedeng magpa update ng status. So ang ending intay ka na lang ng intay. Buti hindi pa kami nag-buy ng tickets. I was hoping makakapunta na sila by October, mukhang wala pa rin.

elow guys ask ko lang nasa stage of waiting passport return kami kasi yung sister in law ko patapos nya na ang isang sem need parin ba nya na mag enroll uli or wait na lang namin ang passport nila kasi magastos na sa application at ang matindi mag eenrollan uli hayzzzzzz di kaya makakaapekto yun sa applicaion once na di na sya nag enroll. advice naman po dyan................
