It depends, if you also applied for an OWP (Open Work Permit) you can. The validity of the driver's license will be up to the validity of your Open Work Permit. The paper alone that says you are approved for first stage is not enough.

Hang in there mga kapatid. Talagang hindi reliable and ECAS remember kami Oct 17 na-DM pero nag change ECAS namin November 11 na and di ba November 10 dumating yung visa nila sa house sa Cavite so more or less 3-4 weeks talaga. Kaya if Nov. 17 kyo na DM intay-intay pa until Dec. 8 cguro.
