Hi mc_geh. Check PAL's guideline. I think meron silang guide for those bringing in sports equipment (baka ma-categorize ang bike as sports equipment).mc_geh said:Heatspine, leebro, jigjiggot a question e... I'm having trouble with the check- baggage of my husband kasi he palns to bring his bike. Economy class kami sa PAL tapos we are allowed to bring 2 pcs na tag 23kgs pero the dimension should be total of 107 in. (273cm) for the 2 pcs with no piece exceeding 62 in. (158cm.). The problem is yung box kasi nung bike nung asawa ko the L (54.5) xW (31) x H (9) so yung total dimension nya is 94.5 which is more that the allowed dimension for 1 piece of check-in baggage pero 20kgs lng daw yun. The question is kung pede ba yun tapos isang check-in baggage na lang daw sya??? kc yung total dimension naman daw dapat for the 2pcs is 107 tpos 20 kgs lang. Or kung may suggestions kayo what to do with the bike? ;D
Arrgghh.... ??? ??? pls help! Di ko alam what to do with this... packing mode na kasi kami.
Another thing, okay lang ba magdala ng mga goods like canned foods, noodles, sinigang mix,etc...etc... tska may limit po ba? mejo panic buying din kasi kami kasi pede na din namin pang pasalubong yung mga yun. Tapos pag sa list po ba need pa namin isa-isahin or in general na namin categorized as food/instant food then yung price?
Help...help! God bless everybody!
Yes, yung mga food items ok lang as long as its properly packed ... meaning ... dapat ang mga items e vaccuum packed or yung packaging ay ok. We brought a lot of it as well, and wala namang naging problema.
