Here's the from the email of the CIIP personnel.

Filled out Registration Form (please photocopy extra copies as needed and ask spouse and adult dependents to fill this out as well)
Invitation Letter issued by Canadian Embassy
Photocopy of the information page of Passport (unless if the passport has been submitted to the Embassy for visa stamping
Photocopy of Visa (if available)
1 Passport size photo for you and every qualified member intending to join the program
2 copies of updated resume of the principal applicant and the spouse and for adult dependents who are working

Hindi ko na submit yung passport kasi nasa embassy na. But I did send the registration form via email.

08-15-10: Medical Request
08-26-10: Medicals Done/RPRF Sent
09-08-10: Medical to CEM
10-08-10: PPR received thru email
10-15-10: PP Sent

My consultant already emailed the embassy but I really don't know yet if the embassy has already replied to them.. But according to them may mga changes daw sa CEM ngayon kaya nadedelay ang release ng visa... Si blancaflor from the other forum, she sent her PP Oct. 28 & Shazam Oct. 19, 2010 and all of us have not yet received our visa... Sana before end of this month.. Kami na lang yatang mga October ang hindi pa nakakareceive... PITNOG pa...

oo nga cge na kulitin mo na ulit ms. tummy....ask mo wat category mga dumating n passports and when cla ngfile....di naman yang mga yan mgrereklamo sa tin...hehehe...kung nasa manila lang ako umaga hapon me tawag....heheh
