Yes, If she gets the CENOMAR probably would be enough..
you can proceed and if they request anything else you will need to comply....

Good luck

The chances are very good that CEM will request later on the Advisory of Marriages. We were married in Thailand have Thai Certificates translated, authenticated etc. Shortly after the application was transferred to Manila the request came for the AOM. It may be wise to apply for the AOM now so you can have it if it is requested saving you some time.

Hi Chris. May I know how long it took you to receive the AOM from NSO since you requested for it? What are the requirements to get AOM from NSO so I can let my spouse know? Thank you.

Thank you. I will ask my spouse to get the Advisory on Marriages in NSO. He might as well get it now rather than wait for CEM to request for it. Thanks again.

Your spouse will be asking for CRS Form 5. Its just an application request like when the CENOMAR was requested. I really don't remember as it is my wife who had it done on her own behalf by her brother because my wife wasn't in the Phil herself at that time. I do not think it was long for the AOM to be released.

it seems Manila speed up the processing time these days.
I read some ppl received COPR less than a year they applied.
hope everyone hears good news soon

Hey Everyone,

This morning I call CIC because I wanted to know how long would it take for them to send like a letter saying they acknowledge the application and it is filled out properly along with the id so I may track it online. The worker who I spoke with told me they do not send any sort of letter nor send a letter letting you know that if you qualify as a sponsor. She sounded very rude and maybe has no idea what I'm asking about. If anyone knows is it true that they don't send an acknowledgement letter.

CIC does not always send an AOR. During our process we did not receive an AOR during the 1st stage. It was not till after I was approved for SA that we received our file number that allowed us to login to ECAS.
Be patient I know its not easy, the first time you hear from CIC might be for your SA. That will be a very happy moment of many.

Chris.

Ah okay so it is normal for them. Yeah it been tough since you just hopping that you got everything they want and just hopping that everything will go well. Thanks Chris for getting back to me on that matter. Greatly appreciate it.

Yes for sure, All the silence from CIC plays on your mind "oh oh I think I didnt do_____" or I think I might have forgot____, Just keep positive your turn will come. During our process I had all those "oh oh" and "what if" moments too. If CIC wants something they will let you know.

On ur experiemce how long is dm to visa issuance.

Thanks;)

Every application is different and each of those applications are following their own timeline that is controlled by the VO. You can not really gauge your own time line with others.
As an example my wife had her visa in hand before DM was even given. A few Others have had that same experience as well. Still others have followed what could be a normal timeline from DM to visa issuance which appears to be close to a month of what I have seen.

I got SA on March 11 and Manila VO received my application on March 17. So it took about a week. But I think CPC-M forwards applications every so many days. A week would be a good guess after the date of SA.
