Congrats Gumper, keep me updated on when your wife and son land.
I really hope I will be next. I never thought that I would wish everyday of the week to be monday. And its frustarting when you see people who applied as soon as May having DM while we are still waiting.
My MP has not been very helpful since she said we are still within the posted processing time. The only thing I got from her is that the VO told her they are believing our relationship is genuine.

To be honest, the fact that they already conceded that your relation is genuine is a big progress,
then its just matter of time, I am afraid sometimes that I will be in your position in the future....


All February applicants don't except me... that would be very frustrating...
fortunately I have a wonderful wife whom is very patient and doesn't get impatient....
Shea has faith that her application will be ready in the right time...
and that give peace to our relation in this frustrating months of waiting....

hello! I went too many forums here, my problem is how can I may know about my passport/visa delivery after I became dm status since last sept. 25? do they really call me?because I have also using an agency here or what is the longest time of waiting? or I really need someone can enlighten me about it. I'm tired because its already one month but I'm still waiting if when the embassy deliver that, I'm very sad to that because everyday I'm waiting and everyday I'm thinking if its becomes longer my waits until next year, me & my husband are already waiting for one year plus, he is a Canadian citizen...please help any idea..thanks

Thanks for your kind words Awesomeg. I hope you will have a straightforward progress also. Our timeline is not so far from each other.
Yes I am a patient person but its very hard sometimes to hold on when we are being kept in darkness. But still I'm standing tall for the sake of our relationship. That's the sacrifice me and my wife are making because we love each other so much. Our couple will get stronger from this process.

Only someone who works at the Manila Visa Office can help you with this issue. Send an email to the visa office and tell them you are worried of the fact that your passport may have gotten lost during delivery and ask them to tell you when they mailed it in and its tracking number.

Its just that I noticed CEM is always updating the ecas on Mondays and its already Tuesday there in Philippines. Not much is happening from them the other days of the week.

Hello everyone,

We received contact from CEM today. Our application status is as follows:

Application eligibility for PR- Approved
Applicant criminality checks- Approved
Applicant background checks- Approved
Applicant medical review- In Progress

Re-meds were requested last week, and submitted yesterday. DM should be coming soon. Fingers crossed.

1 month & 4 days today since I'm DM status but still no visa delivered yet. .. last September my ecas changed to decision made but until now still waiting my passport and visa ..... sometimes I felt so sad to this but still I'm faithful and praying... :'(
