Well said!

Does anyone know if they actually tell you when they courier the visa's out, or they just show up?

An email from the MP assistant received this morning PH time indicated that Mrs JGMs visa had actually been shipped last Friday...at that time ECAS only showed IN PROCESS..it wasn't until Monday afternoon PH time that it showed DM..
I guess it's fast as possible for them once they getthey're act together ..We were able to get taking number from MP .
I've read before here that people just start calling DHL once they see a DM..

Thank you!! It's feels like such a weight has.been removed!!

I started writing emails in early February to three different *MPs...expiring meds and the fact CEM was ignoring our requests for information..

I hope. All of us can get on with our lives sooner than later!!

The way I see it..if we get past the Sponsorship approval it's likely just a waiting game from that point on.

Good luck with the rest of this nonsense!!

Without the email from an MP's assistant . . . they just "show up". In our time, it seemed to be exactly 3 days after DM.

I'm already imagining how would i feel if i see a dm or the visa arrives, it will be such a relief for us!!! Haaayz my husband won't contact his mp if our application won't be on it's 14th month. We are just depending on the case notes we received, due date is june 6,2014..

This waiting game is killing me like arrgghhhhhhh it's the 4th month of our passports today since they've been in the embassy..

As a Canadian citizen that's paid tax in Canada all my life..a basic expectation in my World is that when I have a question that's ignored by any Government institution I'll take offense to that.
When CEM ignored correspondence and questions about this supposedly "transparent" process that was enough to push me enough to start writing letters..it's the least and maybe the most thing that I could do!

I've noticed a few who got VISA's no mention of when CIC sent, my guess would be they just show up by courier. One fellow on this thread received in 2 days after DM.
But not sure.

yeah my wife got hers 2 days after DM ... just showed up. Others have called the courier place and asked if there was something there

A snow angel?.. She has, and has gone tobogganing too. She was like a little kid playing in the snow.

Cheer up, we are both August Applicants it can't go on forever. Just think, everyday that passes is one day closer to the ultimate goal.
Manila is really starting to pick up processing now, has been 5 months of hardly any movement to PPR's and Visa's now.
Things are starting to look up now.
I know it is the hardest thing in my life I've had to endure. This process, but will be worth it when my wife can finally join me.
Best of Luck, keep your chin up.
It will happen.
yes Step we are both August recipients. I just got back from the Philippines a few weeks ago after spending a few weeks there with my wife, had a great time. Spent a lot of time with my inlaws, spending quality time with my wife and both hoping that maybe soon we'll hear something soon. So, here we are crossing our fingers, praying and learning patience all over again.

I know gets more difficult with every visit, saying goodbye never gets any easier.i have'nt been to see my wife since first part of December, have to plan another trip. I guess, maybe June or July I will make the journey back.
At least you both got to spend some time together, savour the good memories. What keeps me going.
