Irisgirl .. Try rebooking it with other airline?? Or another set of flight before or on 18th .. I wouldnt really risk it .. Because since you are out for 3 years .. Youhave to renew pr .. And if they wont listen to you youd get a headache and have to leave canada .. If you are spending more on the ticket do it rather than get a head ache later

.. Im sure theres lot of different flight out there going to canada .. Just dont risk it its not worth it.. You can earn money back but not the time you're not with your kid.

Marcjd I was wondering if you could give us a recap of the procedures, etc. My wife's medical will expire this Dec. Depending when her visa gets issued she might end up paying CEM a visit.

She went to cem .. Filled out an inquiry form .. Then waited for a while .. On her turn the lady only asked for what was requested on the email then returned unneccesary papers back (proofs)and told her to come back at 3 pm .. When she came back at 3 .. They handed the visa and copr

Try ordering gcms notes for now.. Its 5$ .. It Would give you info on where they are in processing .. Oh yeah better get it 1 or 2 weeks after you get ppr

I just ordered my notes last week (6 weeks after I got my PPR). Lol, I didnt know how to order it at first. It does take a few weeks to get though?

The sept 18 is fully booked so i cant add my daughter... The earliest possible is the 29th. I did stay in canada for a month after we landed and the expiration on my pr card is still october 15th so i guess i have a few days to spare.

Ahhhhh... That's too kind of you tagum. I would not mind spending more on the ticket as long as i have the visa on hand... Im just worried about the 1-2 weeks in the email... My agent was offfering me the 22nd a while ago but i have reservations bec its not yet in the 2 weeks mark and i still have to go to cfo for her registration and the 22nd is a sunday so if we have to go to cfo we have to travel to manila by the 18th and im afraid if the visa will be with us then?!.... So now the headache is back.. Hahaha

My concern is much more than the airfare.... Im just afraid of the 1-2 weeks noted in the email... The 2 week mark is the 23rd and i still have to go cfo to register her... So does anyone have any experience on cem sending out visas? Does it really take 2 weeks? Coz if i get the 22nd flight i only have a week! Im really on a tight schedule!
