yes,,,and you have to print yours off the application and sign and date it

the receipt I just sent it as I received it didn't bother to put anything on it,,,,but I first sent the wrong application without the my signature and date and they emailed me it was no good I had the one signed abnd rescanned I just fooked up

have her print it sign seal whatever and then scan it back to you

your -30 days will start when you get that to them,,,,,,,email them on the 30th day and tell them your time is up and you want your gcms,,,,within 1 hour you will have them

I just emailed them on the 31 day an 1 hour later had my results,,,,,,,,i believe they can be sued or fined if they don't make an appreciable attempt to send out your gcms by 30 days

Stopped counting but I ordered it May 22nd. I followed up earlier this month and they said it never got processed so they asked me to submit it again and the new deadline will be August 7.

No use in that now.

I would think so. Five months is way too short to get a PPR.
