you thnk its advisable? wont it cause any delays even further?

My wife's medical sat at the panel physician's office for 17 days. I would call the doctor's office to confirm they have sent the results to CEM.

Hello again everyone . Getting married in Cebu 1st week of July , Question once we have marriage certificate from LCRO best way to get our NSO certificate of marriage and AOM ,, I've seen advance endorsement which I believe is electronic transmittal to Manila or by courier using the name of the head of LCRO in Cebu as sender . Which is best way to get timely results :)

Thanks

Thanks! and thanks GoonerClank! I am from Japan, I read somewhere that they don't request our passport anymore. I hope I can be done soon and have insurance coverage. I am tired of getting refused. Here, they refuse self-pay patients.

WoodyKatie, this Appendix A lists me, spouse, children's name, birthday, passport info, height, eye color, marital status.
My wife is also from Japan. We applied in November, and our paperwork is in Manilla. So, if they won't request her passport, does anyone know what the next step will be?

Your "outland" (I presume) application will start in Mississauga, ON. You're gonna need original "paper" documents. You might be able to pay an (ahem) 'express' fee and get them faster.

You don't need your AOM if you submit the CENOMAR's you got before marriage.

But they still need the NSO version of the marriage license. We waited over 7 months for ours.

AOM is needed too.. :) CENOMAR is certificate of no marriage, AOM reveals marriage/s.

Nope, it's either/or for them. People who supplied CENOMAR were not requested for AOM's. It's in the fine print.

No, the CENOMAR you used for the marriage is acceptable. We submitted that and were never asked for an AOM.

Doh, Steph beat me to it. Where's Moose?

If you request CENOMAR from the NSO and you are already married they will give AOM instead... Thats what i know because when we requested one way back november last year we were issued with an AOM.

About the marriage certificate, there is a so-called advance endorsement i think if thats what it is called. When we applied at the municipal hall about our wedding on september we informed them that we need the marriage certificate certified by the nso as early as possible so they offer this advance endorsement thing to us which is fast coz we got our marriage certificate by october. We just paid extra 1000php for the person who will process the paper. but they also informed us that the processing might take 2-3months depending on the volume of request for advance endorsement. but we got ours in just a month! lucky us... :) Just ask your municipal office about the advance endorsement and they will guide you with the process.

Hello, everyone! I'm just a newbie to this forum, so please bear with me. :p But anyways, I'm a July 2012 applicant. I'm a Filipina and my Husband is a Canadian. Got our PPR last April 16, 2013. Now, base from the group that I'm in on Facebook, lots of DM's and Visa's are happening lately. Some were those who applied way later than us. I sent an before to CEM asking about our application status, and they informed that they were still waiting for my complete medical results and my son's proof of citizenship/passport. I phoned St. Lukes Manila to ask about my medical results, and they informed me that they already forwarded my results to CEM.

I just want to ask if there is someone from here who had experienced the same, or currently in the same situation. Would appreciate to hear anything from you, guys.

When you request for a CENOMAR after marriage, the NSO will give you AOM. :)

How are you steph? :)

How's life with your hubby? ;D

scos, any change in the spreadsheet?

no PPR, no DM/Visa? ???
