Congrats! You have to print the letter with the barcode and return it in an envelope with your passport (and if they requested anything else)

I don't know! After somebody pointed it out that there's at least 2 different addresses on the letter!

Yeah, I bought it via the PAL website.

That's an email interface thing.. in some email programs the letterhead signature shows up as an attachment.
