Good News everyone our marriage certificate finally came! Tomorrow my wife will do her police clearance and send it to me all. Now all I'm missing is my option form C which should come tomorrow or Tuesday since it has been two weeks. Hopefully to ship out our documents by this upcoming Friday. As well will start to make copies of everything I will send to CIC.
Thanks Chris
Thats great to hear you finally received your marriage certificate. Keep your IMM forms you filled out on the computer, don't delete them. If your wife filled out the forms on the computer have her send you the files as well. When your ready to finally send the whole application please consider sending in to Mississauga by courier.

Chris.

Hehe sorry anyone could of answer the question. Oh sweet I didn't know you can do that yeah will just do that instead of wasting so much time. Thank you for letting me know. Another question can my wife get her police clearance without the marriage certificate? She wants to put her status as married but think they will ask to see the certificate so she been waiting on them. Thank you for responding
it depends..before i also had that question and got good advice..First your wife must use whatever lastname she has in her passport.dont hurry to change the family name. I read once, right after marriage she changed she changed her lastname using the husband's..it made them back to start of the application..the CIC questioned why she had to change so quickly..Any valid ID ic NBI is fine....maiden name is much better for CIC for easy background check.

Hi. Could you helpme with my situation?

I am planning to apply for MPNP, I have a distant relative Manitoba. That's the strongest connection I have in Canada. However, my uncle only lives in a flat with his family and has less $35,000 yearly salary from 3 part time jobs. Is he still eligible to be my Manitoba supporter? i have already done research about this matter and i didnt see anything regarding this. Please help me. Thank you

About the Appendix A I took a good look at it myself and have filled it out for my wife and will send it to her so she can use it. I think the only information needed is her own as we don't have any children together.
I do not think my information is needed on her Appendix A. However I will be sure to also send her a blank copy along with a separate sheet with my info in case I am incorrect. We are hoping she will be able to be issued her Visa/COPR in person before she departs back for Thailand.

Chris.
Ok thanks chris:)

Were doing just that, we decided to wait for the name change until she comes here in Canada. She just finish getting her NBI and will ship off her documents to me today. We got everything now except the option C printout which I'm waiting on. I hope it come this week so I can applying by Friday.

About the Appendix A ... Of what I can understand from it. All that is required is the principal applicant and any children that may belong to the applicant their information must be written in regardless if they are going to Canada or not.

Being I am the sponsor I believe my information is not required on that form as I am already Canadian and can enter Canada any time.

I will have to try and double check first if my information is required under spouse.

Chris
Will the space asking for spouse will be left blank? Since im here in canada?

I left it blank on my wife's Appendix A its just her information that is filled in on it.
I should know Thursday if that is the proper way to have filled it as she will be going to the Embassy to pick up her visa package. Of course she also has a completely blank Appendix A if something is wrong so it can be corrected.

Option C is used to verify that the sponsor has not been receiving social services benefits.

Hey everyone, so currently I still haven't receive my Option C print out. First time I call was on March 16, waited two weeks didn't receive nothing. I called them March 31st, now were half way through April I still haven't receive nothing. I call them today and they said they have send it since March 31. Is there any alternative to Option C print out, not even my 2014 Notice of Assessment I have receive which they found strange since they send it March 16. I can access my assessment online, my question is would CIC accept a print out of my online Assessment as a substitute for option C?

decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Ya, Ya! But now what? Can anyone in Japan tell me how long it takes before we are contacted? And how.
