Hey everyone,

Me and my wife are getting worried now. She had her medical exam done March 18, 2015. We were told by the secretary of the judge who married us that if we pay 4000 pesos our marriage certificate would come in one month, which was suppose to be April 1st. It's April 9 over there and we still don't have our marriage certificate. We got all the forms sign and dated march 25. Our concerns is that if we were to apply later than April 18, it would of been one month since she done her medical thus could raise some red flags. For instance, if the medical was done in a month why did they apply so late. As well would the forms have to be redone so it can be dated with a more recent date. Right now I'm just so furious because I feel we have been taking advantage and nothing isn't anything we can do.

If it's any help, we did our Medical on November 1st (2013) and didn't send the docs until end of December. It just took me that long to get everything together. I don't remember, however, when the docs were dated.

Agreed. That's not a red flag at all.

Thanks for responding. Do you think we will need to redo our applications to make the date of the signing more recent. I signed my documents March 1,2015 and she signs her documents March 25 and 26, 2015.

I wouldn't think so but how hard is it to change the date? Did you do it on the computer? If you did, you can just print out all the forms again and sign with the more recent date. But again, I really don't see the dates as begin a problem unless they are outdated by six months or more. This is just my opinion though. If you are in Canada, I believe there is a help line you can call to ask.

Singing........ "I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it" :D :D :D

We received my wife's PPR and Appendix A request with a Visa validity of July 10, 2015 exact date of the meds expiry

Received the email myself on my mobile phone at work (The Embassy sends communication to both our emails) .. so shocked to see the approval.

Soooo Happy the process is almost complete!!!

I wish all the good fortune to the rest of the applicants.

Chris.

hi Everyone,

Just want to share a good news. Our status in ECAS changed today to Decision made. Finally after 17 months of waiting, we are close to having my visa soon. Does anyone here have an idea, how long will it take for them to deliver my passport with Visa?

Thanks. To all who are still on wait, stay patient, everything is all worth it as soon as you have it.

God bless everyone!
