Yes that is correct. I dropped it in the family class box. I just wrote my application number on the envelope and dropped it. Oh crap! Does this mean if I didn't address it to the Visa Section then it never reached their office? Ah damn it!

This may be the reason why the Mp asked for an update, the Visa Office probably never got my update last May 7, 2013

if I were you I would get your wife to go back to the MP and see for sure about the personal history requirement and see if they recived what you sent and if that is sufficient,,,,,,,,you have not told me why you have to take the course and no others have COA

well I hope you copied it,,,,,,,just add on june and 1st week july and resubmit,, it sounds like you live near Makati,,,,,,,i would presume they still got it,,,,hopefully your file number was on it or a copy of their email with it

any documents requested by cem .. it would be better to send it via courier than dropping it to their drop boxes .. atleast that was what other applicants told about their applications..
