sis I just wana ask if its ok to bring Birth control pills without prescription.?

They won't ask for it in Canada. Because when we get the medicine the Pharmacist takes the prescription away. It's going in to the Philippines with medicine that could cause a problem. If you sign up for planned parenthood in Canada the pills are cheap. Actually, you can just go to the doctor and ask for any samples and they can usually give you free pills for a while if you need.

I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE SOME ADVICE TO THOSE GETTING READY TO SEND IN YOUR APPLICATION, FOR THE THIRD TIME CEM HAS SENT AN EMAIL TO US USING THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS,,,MAKE YOUR EMAIL ADSDRESS VERY SIMPLE,,,,JUST A NICKNAME, OR YOUR NAME,,,,,,,,IN OUR CASE WE USED A NICKNAME_0(BIRTHYEAR),,,,,THE (0) WAS ADDED TO NICKNAME_BIRTHYEAR BECAUSE THAT NAME WAS TAKEN, CEM KEPT LEAVING OUT THE (0),,,,,,DONT USE THE UNDERSCORE NEITHER,,,,,,I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

I agree.. and if your name is hard to spell then just make it something easy because chances are they will spell it wrong. Moose's surname is weird for Filipinos and they always F00k it up.

she doent have passport anymore you need that for medical,,,unless you have paper from CEM I think,,,,maybe someone knows whether I can or not,,,,,,,,,just wish I realized earlier that the NBI clearance was reqd every year could of sent that months ago,,,,then maybe this email would of been the remed

You just need the photocopy of the passport page, hope she still has it!

I check my ecas just few minutes ago and it says decision made but my address did not change yet...is this ok? Does it mean that Im going to have my visa? or I have to wait for the call of the officer to know if Im really approved?

SCOS what is the chance to make a helpful hint page, that others could access,,,,break it down into sections,,,,,i know myself I know a lot of good hints I could put in it and others have very good ones,,,,,,rather than just coming on and asking or scrolling through posts forever looking for information,,,,,,,,we could use all the things everyone has learned here,,,,things about email addresses,,,,the big AOM issue,,,,,,the seminar,,,,,,,lbc courier,,,,drop box,,,,,,,mp inquiries,,,passport info on Canadian citizen children ,etc etc

I was thinking of that too.. but I just want to forget about immigration now. What a nightmare. Maybe we can make a self editable WIKI.

how do you tell if the medical practioner is emedical,,,,,they gave us the link but it doesn't tell us there on the list of doctors,,,,,or do we just ask them because they require 4 photos if not emedical,,,,,,,,,,,,,is there any difference in time getting results back

All of the practitioners on the current list are e-medical. There are some that aren't on the list anymore (like the one we used for medical previously) They still require photos even though it says to the contrary. They want to put a picture on their file. So there's 4 in Davao, 3 are at the same address. They accepted walk-ins. I see a shuttle bus in her future

Hi Tagum I have a quick question. My application was accepted first week of February, till now it says on the CIC website Decision Made. I don't no what im waiting for on the website. Or will they send my wife or myself a email regarding what is next. Also an how much longer do you think it will be. Hope to hear back from you or someone.
