Oh, I see! So, a temporary passport from the Canadian Embassy is much better? Well, hopefully my lil guy can still attain such passport. Yey! One more thing, how long did it take for them to contact you to get your son's temporary passport from their office? Did you filed your son's proof of citizenship first, then just showed proof to CEM that you did? Thanks again in advance! You are such a big help, Sir/Ma'am!

That was 7 years ago,,,didn't know about filing for citizenship until after he landed here,,,it was asked for when she got her passport request for us to do in manila,,,we just showed manila the request from CEM

I thought I would share some recent events.

We went to Service Canada and my wife was able to get her SIN number within 20 minutes. Then off to the bank to get her set up with my account. That took maybe 30 minutes. Tomorrow we go get her a health card and then her driver's licence. She is happy and feeling more Canadian everyday.

We went to Service Canada and my wife was able to get her SIN number within 20 minutes. Then off to the bank to get her set up with my account. That took maybe 30 minutes. Tomorrow we go get her a health card and then her driver's licence. She is happy and feeling more Canadian everyday.

Ya. I can add her to mine but that doesn't help her build her own credit. She can apply for one on her own once she has a job for at least 3 months.

ya and the next 6months double,,,,you must be having fun,,,,,3 mores days of extended sunlight and then its starts to get less,,,,she must find it awesome to have daylight at 9pm

Hi CEM already requested me to send PPR and RPRF
My Lawyer already pay for My RPRF and she email it to Manila.
But I was a little worried about the email. what if manila doesn't get the email.

Is it ok if I send it through courier? directly without representative?
I already send my passport last may 21 and my receipt was send through email on may 27.
My concern was I wanted to Send the copy of my RPRF directly to the Canadian embassy in Manila. Does it will hurt my application.?
Please enlighten me. thanks

She mentions the daylight all the time. Sun set about 10pm last night. Just wait for 6 months when you get about 6 hours of daylight.

Well im starting to type my 3rd email to manila,,,,,,got no reply for the 2nd one, tomorrow is 28 days,,,,and the 1st email my reply was ,,"waiting review, keep you posted",,,,,i quess from what I see on gcms notes its been waiting for review since Feb 28,,,,and the MPs answer in march 27 was "waiting for review",,,,,,and my answer april23 was "waiting for review",,,,,and the MPs answer on May 22 was "waiting for review" Whats Jason kenneys email????/ he might as well get a copy of this one
