Main duties of 0632, how to describ? what are the most essential ones?

Hello,everyone, I am an applicant with noc code 0632 Accommodation service managers, I got my RN recently and preparing my full application.

During my case, I have meet problems in identifying the main duties of 0632. I am a sales manager of a hotel and perfoming the following duites mainly.

* implement policies and procedures for the operation of the department
* assist the director monitor revenues
* Participate in the development of pricing and promotional strategies
* Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities for conventions, banquets, receptions and other functions
* supervise staff, oversee and work out training,evaluate staff's performance
* Resolve customer complaints

I wonder if my job description is sufficent or not. I have concerns about the "essential duties", however I dont know what are the essential ones of 0632 Accommodation service managers.

Some one can help me with this? Does my description qualify for 0632. If not, what should be the change and which one needs to be reinforced?

Main duties
Restaurant and food service managers perform some or all of the following duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.

 Provides leadership skills for associates
 Knowledgeable in all basic functions of an Operations Associates
