Mailing Outbound Applications

Hello...I was wondering if anyone could assist. We are applying for family class outbound because I (Canadian) and husband (Portuguese/South African) live in South Africa. Does the application package have to have an external postage. My sister is visiting and we were thinking it is much cheaper to send it back with her so she can courier it from Canada.

The outland application package can come from anywhere. Inside or outside Canada, it doesn't matter. Are you asking about what address you should put on the application forms themselves? That, I believe, can also be anywhere but as a sponsor you would probably have to provide proof about intent to move back to Canada, and things like that.
