Dear Vedette,

Do you have any idea of how much time LVO gives us to send passport once they request for PPR? I meant from the email date of PPR, is their any time period within which we must send our passports to LVO?

We are planning to travel to Pakistan next week for a month. In case if RIH requests for PPR during our stay in Pakistan, we should have enough time to return back to Saudia and send our passports. (We are living in Saudia and submitted our file from here).

I was working in saudi arabia but sent my docs from pakistan to nova scotia and visa office is Islamabad so when should i expect PPR?

Do you have any idea of how much time LVO gives us to send passport once they request for PPR? I meant from the email date of PPR, is their any time period within which we must send our passports to LVO?

As per the ppr email, they give you 30 days to submit passports to the visa office.

My 2 friends recently received ppr from RIH.

The content says 30 days and also mentions the designated authority where you can submit your passports like vfs global to Islamabad chc for Pakistan and Abu Dhabi visa office for uae applications.

And the visa issue date on the ppr is of the date of ppr email. So my perception as soon as they issue you ppr they sent your printed visa stickers and COPR to designated authorities and once they receive your passports they put visa on passports and send you back.

There are many people in this forum who have submitted passports on last day like the 30th day and faced no issue but cic likes your attention haha.

InshaALLAH plan your journey and as soon as you receive your ppr, book your tickets to Saudi Arabia so you have atleast 1 week minimum to submit your passports to the designated authority.

But i must tell you your ppr is on the way and next 2 weeks very important for you InshaALLAH

For all the Pakistan people living in Pakistan, visa office is London visa office.

LVO is very unpredictable with Pakistani Applications so things can be sudden or late. But as per trend and analysis last week of January and February is important for you to receive your dream ppr InshaALLAH

Dear Achee,

LVO will send you to instructions to submit passport through your Visa Officer. As passports cannot be send outside the country so LVO/Visa Offices have designated centres / High Commissions where you submit your passport.

LVO sends your Visa/COPR to Designated Centre / High Commission and once they receive your passports they send you back with the same.

In your case:

1- LVO will issue you PPR Email
2- LVO will send your Visa / COPR to Designated Center/High Commission
3- LVO will give you instructions in email that how you can submit your Passports to the Designated Office/ High Commission in Saudi Arabia as it's not possible that every city of Saudi Arabia has Designated Office/ High Commission. [For e.g http://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/saudiarabia/ will receive your passport and sends to the Designated Office and from there you can get them back as well].

Hope this clears the things.
