I went for my medical examination on Saturday 2nd January 2016 at Al Zahra hospital in Sharjah. The results were uploaded on Sunday 3rd January. Yesterday I emailed LVO to inform them that I did the medicals and today 8:25am London time I received the below reply:

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your message. Medical results for you and your family members have been received. We will contact you with further instructions in due course.

Hi there,

I was wondering, my spouse's and my medicals were done and ECAS was updated "Medical results have been received" as fifth line on November 29th or 30th. With medicals, RIH requested for PCC, RPRF and proof of funds as well, which I provided and sent the docs to LVO through courier and was received by LVO on November 25th.

Now I'm waiting for PPR. Any idea how much time it takes usually to receive PPR? I think there is no specific time period. I'm not being hasty but ever since our medicals are done, it's kind of excitement and feeling of urgency to have things done soon. Two weeks ago we sent our renewed passports and new mailing address as well which RIH confirmed by return email.

Everything is in the hand of Allah and He knows what is best and when is the best time

Yes that's true, everything is in the hand of ALLAH Almighty and I pray that ALLAH Bless us with the PPR Email and Canadian Immigration Visa Soon Aameen.

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your message. Updated passport details have been noted in our system. As you have already obtained the police certificates, Arabic letters are not required. Your documents are currently in queue to be reviewed by the immigration officer. We will contact you as soon as there are any updates.

anyone got PPR recently? I received the MEDICAL RECEIVED line on 27/12/2015 and sent email to RIH asking for further instructions. he replied that further instructions will be sent in January. I believe there is no PPR in last 3 weeks atleast.

it's been over 2 weeks for me after medical received line but no PPR.

I would say someone of us who are waiting for PPR should send a email to him. may be it will open the gate for PPRs. I have already followed up for this so I would suggest someone who haven't sent a email after medical received line should go for it.

Good News to share.....

I received PPR today from DRD. Exactly 2 months from medical received line updated.

I thank everyone for good wishes and wishing all of you the best for future steps.
