Subject: GCMS Notes Consent form doesn't show Month of my date of birth....

Dear Seniors, I just applied for GCMS notes; after paying the amount, I got the consent form for authorization of information but I noticed that “month” in my "date of birth" field is missing (just date and year is there in that field). Therefore just wanted to confirm, is it normal or do I need to notify them? if notification needed, at which email id should I notify them?

Through which website you are ordering the GCMS Notes?

No, it is required to be filled in Content Form IMM 5744 (10-2014) E

You need to notify if you have already sent the email.

I've been a silent member but find this forum really helpful.
Just wanna share info about my application. My ECAS medical line was updated on 21 Dec 2015.
Can anyone help me how much time will it take to get PPR from RIH.

your timeline looks pretty similar to me. After medical Results updated at ECAS I sent an email and I got a reply that "further instructions will be issued in January 2016".

PER: 23/2/2015
Medical request: 3/11/2015
Medical done: 17/11/2015
Medical status updated: 27/12/2015

LVO is working today. I sent documents to add new born baby to my application. The documents were received at LVO on Wednesday 23 December 2015. Today I received a confirmation that baby have been added and I received baby's medical form. All happened in 2 working days. VO is RIH

I went for my medical examination on Saturday 2nd January 2016 at Al Zahra hospital in Sharjah. The results were uploaded on Sunday 3rd January. Yesterday I emailed LVO to inform them that I did the medicals and today 8:25am London time I received the below reply:

Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your message. Medical results for you and your family members have been received. We will contact you with further instructions in due course.
